CAAVO Membership Meetings
The annual meeting of the Capital Area Association of Volleyball Officials has now been set for Wednesday August 26, 2009 in the Kiva Room at Okemos High School, 2800 Jolly Road, Okemos, MI. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 pm.
We hope that as many of you that can attend will; and for those of you that need to be excused from this meeting, please email Cary Grant so he can record your request at: CGrant2@hotmail.com
As a reminder to some of you that have not completed your registration renewal with the MHSAA, we would want for you to complete that before this meeting date, since the HS season will have already begun on August 21st.
Also, for the few of you that have not renewed your CAAVO memberships, we encourage you to do that as well by either sending along a $30 check payable to CAAVO,

Be sure to check out the Clinics and Camps link on our website. There are still many opportunities for training to be found. Also, be sure to frequently check your assignments at the Assign By Web site.
Volleyball Rules Meetings
Rules meetings for volleyball can now be viewed online, as well as at traditional onsite locations. For locations, dates and times of all onsite MHSAA Volleyball Rules Meetings, visit the MHSAA website by clicking on this link.
Online Rules Meetings will be available for Fall 2009 during the following times only:
Friday, Aug. 7 through Wednesday, Sept. 9 (3 p.m.)
