Membership
CAAVO offers three classes of membership:
- ACTIVE: Anyone who is currently registered with the MHSAA, USAV, or PAVO as a volleyball official, may, upon payment of annual dues to this association, become an active member.
- ASSOCIATE: Anyone who desires to use his or her influence to promote the purpose of the association without assuming the duties of actively officiating may become an associate member, upon application to and acceptance by an officer, and the payment of annual dues.
- AFFILIATE: Any athletic director, administrator, or coach desiring to promote the purpose of the association without assuming the duties of actively officiating, may become an affiliate member upon application to and acceptance by an officer, and payment of annual dues.
Membership dues for 2010
Annual Dues now cover membership from January 1 through December 31
of the year they are submitted.
- $30.00 (if paid BEFORE February 23, 2010)
- $35.00 (if paid ON or AFTER February 24, 2010)
CAAVO Membership Benefits:
- CAAVO assigned volleyball matches (Schools We Assign For)
- An association patch.
- Free admission to CAAVO presented clinics.
- Reduced admission to CAAVO presented training camps.

Non-CAAVO Members Arbiter Assigning System Fee:
This is not for CAAVO members. If you have paid your CAAVO Membership dues you do not have to pay this $6.00 Arbiter Account Fee.
If you are assigned by Gary Merrill or Brian Smith to referee, line judge, scorekeeping assignments and are not a paid CAAVO Member you must pay a $6.00 fee to cover your inclusion on the Arbiter Assigning System.
