CAAVO Membership or
Non-CAAVO Member Arbiter User Requirements.

Depending on what your intentions are there are several membership, dues or fees options.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE A CAAVO MEMBER AND HAVE PAID YOUR 2012 DUES YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL $6.00 FOR EITHER BRIAN SMITH OR PERRY SUTHERLAND. BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO FILL OUT THE CAAVO MEMBER PROFILE AND THE PROFILE FOR BRIAN AND OR PERRY IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE ASSIGNED BY THEM.

Please select the option from the list that best describes your intentions.

1.  CAAVO Membership Only

You will only be considered for high school volleyball officiating assignments assigned by CAAVO.

NOTE: By paying your CAAVO membership dues waives any Arbiter Schedule System Fees other assignors using the CAAVO Arbiter Schedule System may be charging.

If you have another assignor that uses the CAAVO Arbiter Schedule system you must complete any requirements each may have. Those requirement can be seen by clicking on the option below for the assignor(s) you wish to work for. If you have a question related to an assigor you must contact them by using the link on thier page below.

2.  CAAVO Member & Assigned by Brian Smith

Will be considered for high school volleyball officiating assignments assigned by CAAVO

and

You will be considered for collegiate line judge, score keeping and/or observer assignments by Brian Smith.

3.  Non-CAAVO Arbiter Schedule System User Assigned by Brian Smith

Will NOT be considered by CAAVO to officiate high school events and will be considered for assignments by Brian Smith to collegiate line judge, score keeping and or observer assignments.

4.  CAAVO Member & Assigned by Perry Sutherland

You will be considered for high school volleyball officiating assignments assigned by CAAVO

and

You will be considered for MCCAA Eastern Confernce Volleyball Officiating assignments by Perry Sutherland.

5.  Non-CAAVO Arbiter Schedule System User Assigned by Perry Sutherland Only

Will NOT be assigned by CAAVO to high school events and will be assigned by Perry Sutherland to officiate MCCAA Eastern Conference Volleyball assignments.

6.  Upgrade from a Non-CAAVO Arbiter system User to a CAAVO Membership
        (available soon)

7.  Change your Personal Information -

You must submit this form if any of your personal information changes. You will still need to keep your personal information up to date on the Arbiter System.
